Good turnout for the first event in the Charnood open series for iom's, with 14 entries. Nice southwesterly wind which had the boats in #2 suit all day, but sometimes lighten to make the sailing a little difficult. Tony Edwards won the event by a convincing margin, his 2 discards were the only races he didn't score first place. So after 13 races with 2 discards the results are as follows.
