7 sailors entered for the Whirlwind trophy RM League event. A strong B suit breeze came from the SW don the lake, but sometimes veering westerly to make sailing a little more interesting. At the end of the day, 11 races were sailed with a lot of reliability problems. Peter Moore just won it from  Mick Shillington on count back, Peter had won 3 to Micks 2 races.
